I have spent twenty years getting technology through the hard part.
Identity, cloud, data, compliance, vendors, budgets, and the people who have to live with the result. AI is the newest thing that has to get through all of it, and I have done this before.
What I do, in one paragraph
I help technology, security, and risk leaders get AI out of pilot and into production — and I build the software when the right answer is software you do not have yet. I plan the program, design the controls with your CISO and risk team, build and integrate the application, lead delivery to go-live, and stay to support it. I consult through AZR Tech-Solutions, LLC, and work with organisations in North America, the UK, and the EU, remote-first.
Twenty years inside regulated technology
I have led enterprise IT programs for more than twenty years, across financial services, healthcare, and technology — portfolios above $30M and teams of up to 300 across Brazil, Manila, Mexico, and India. A few that shaped how I work:
GM Financial
IT Cybersecurity Project Manager, 2021–2026.
An $11M cybersecurity portfolio across more than twenty engagements: privileged access management, secrets management, Okta identity and access, vulnerability automation. Supported the company's enterprise AI and machine-learning adoption program from the security and governance side — the work that turned my attention to AI delivery.
IBC Bank
Senior Manager / IT Project Manager, 2019–2021.
Azure cloud migration and infrastructure programs of roughly $8M, a Snowflake dimensional data platform with Power BI, and the bank's move to Agile delivery.
Dave & Buster's.
Migration of 130 store locations across the US, Canada, and Mexico to Azure, with a data lake, Power BI analytics, and Azure security controls — delivered on schedule.
DaVita Medical Group.
A vendor risk management framework covering PCI, SOX, SSAE 16, and SOC 1/2/3; an internal security standard based on ISO 27001; data governance for HL7, CCDA, and FHIR. No patient data left the building on my watch, and none appears here.

Provetta — quality management for regulated manufacturers: document control, CAPA, inspections, audit-ready export.
Slotly — scheduling workspace with team routing, calendar sync, and an Android app. The booking link on this site runs on it.
heyAstra — AI voice receptionist that answers, books, and routes calls.
ThankFirst — donor-development system for nonprofits.
NeuralFlow — local-first knowledge workspace with an AI co-thinker and a built-in MCP server.
MasjidOps — operations platform for Islamic centers: communications, signage, registration, scheduling.
Amanah DFW — financial-aid application portal for community organisations, in four languages.
Four things I believe about AI delivery
1.
Governance is how you go faster.
Every stalled pilot I have seen stalled on identity, data handling, audit, or change control — things that were treated as a gate at the end instead of a design input at the start. Bring security in on day one and the late surprises disappear.
2.
A pilot is not a result. Production is.
The demo proves the idea. Production proves the organisation can run it: access, monitoring, runbooks, a support model, and someone accountable on a Tuesday morning.
3.
Build for the environment you have.
I do not sell a platform. I work inside your identity stack, your cloud, your data platform, and your vendors — and when you need an application, I build one that fits those systems instead of replacing them.
4.
Stay until it is running.
Handover is not the end. I support what I build, and I define that support before launch, not after the first outage.
